What are the dimensions of the French 155 mm raccourci M1907 and the 240 mm TR M1903?

Shown are 2 rare shell cases with concave bottom that I took from French manuals. Does anybody know the actual dimensions?

My estimate from the manual would be:

170x108R??? for the 155 mm raccourci M1907
225?x90?R? for the 240 mm TR M1903

Additional question, what does raccourci mean in this context?
