To break the monotony of the long slog across Kansas, stopped at the museums at both Ft Riley and Ft Leavenworth. Had been at both 30 to 50 (yes) years ago and like anything, they've changed quite a bit - for the better. Attached are some pix that I thought this group might be interested in. Was quite surprised to see the JN-4 at Leavenworth, in a display about the Mexican Punitive Expedition. I put these in because it's virtually impossible for Joe average taxpayer to actually see these museums anymore with all the post 9/11 security restrictions...
