My mate is still currently serving and he's never this type being an Armourer he's on the ranges all the time. It's got look to it with these modern fuses that have came out ?

Looks Swedish. More precisely, it looks almost the same as the 'LYSVINGGRTUB M/85', which is the mortar round carrier assembly for the '80 LYSVINGGR85' illuminating mortar bomb.
