hope people continue to list on Classifieds here - I check for new stuff every day but after a revival in last few weeks it seems to have quietened down now...

I got the same Mike, and have the same problem. A bit academic I know, but I resigned as Moderator for the ordnance section on SA last week.

I can no longer log in and my emails go unanswered.
There are still items for sale, but you can't bid on them.
I've finished with them.... total waste of space.... another muppet show.
 
I was just wondering if anyone had any updates / had received any reply from the SA staff regarding the state of the site?

After a few emails asking them to either re activate my account or delete my account I have had no replies. Waste of space, I've moved on.
 
I have not been able to log in at SA for months as my username and password are not accepted any longer. Today I got an email from SA staff that " I have not commented my last 4 businesses with them". Actually I haven't sold or bought anything there for over 4 years. I don't know if the message was just spam, but however sent a nasty answer hoping it was a real one.
 
Got the same today but for 14 auctions .it must be 3 years if not more since i got anything from there, i also sent the clowns a reply

I also had a similar email today, also sent a reply telling them to shove it up their ass and delete my account as i have taken my business elsewhere.
 
ME To what a load of rubbish stuff dating back ages ago ive always left feed back ??? staying away from the site its no right !!!

It's a real pity as SA worked pretty well after eVilbay begun with all their issues. Luckily we still have eGun and BOCN classifieds to work with, but the world is getting worse.
