The Vietnamese shaped charge with the magnets is a modified Polish PGN 60 rifle grenade. This is the same device that killed an Army EOD Master Sgt in 1971. He was trying to disarm one that had been placed between 2 pallets of 155mm HE rounds. Quang tri VN

21cm Skoda, made by the Czechs. I believe that Germany took over the factories and used them (several versions) during the war.

This one has a nearly identical shape compared to the german "A. Z. f. Sondergeschoss" = Aufschlagznder fr Sondergeschoss which is a special percussion fuze for chemical shells (2nd WW). But the internals are completely different. Maybe experimental? A normal A.Z.38 percussion fuze will fit in the small thread on top.
