An impeccably acted story of a Vietnam veteran becoming an advocate for all disabled people https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0422783/. Just look at the rating. The movie starts right after IIWW and goes in leaps all the way into 1990's. The first 2 minutes of the movie will grab your heart.
And a chance to see Rebecca de Mornay....
