Does anyone have anything on this? MK4 1.25 POUND COMP B DEMOLITION CHARGE. I have no idea where I got the pictures, but I remember trying to find what country this is.
I ask for information on this 1 1/4Lb demolition charge. How was it used? It looks USA but was it used also by British and Australian army ? Made in which country? Brown card empty pack marked: Charge Demolition Comp B 1 1/4LBS Mk4. Reverse is marked: PP2 over V. 79. (1979?) Dimensions...
My guess is it is more likely from about WW2. I'm guessing the recess may be for a 1 ounce primer and the small hole is for a detonator or det cord to be inserted into the primer.

The photo is from me when I posted it ages ago. Same exact scuff marks.
I have no extra information and agree with AMMOTECHXT about the use of the holes.
The box is possibly made in Victoria, Australia by PP2. Victorian Co's have a V under the maker. Unknown to me. A nice charge box.
