German was my first thought, but if I went with that someone would probably correct me with Swiss or some other. Too many countries copying designs and unless you have specific information identifying who manufactured can be tough. Here are a few more. In each case there are some obvious details, but not enough for me to identify fully. The first I am told is an East German copy, but no model number. The third is clearly a US igniter, but the attachment?
The third to fifth images would seem to be of an EKhV (ЭХВ) electro-chemical delay fuze, which has a mechanical (spring-powered striker) output, but has been fitted with its electrical contact adapter.
A screen shot from a Soviet 1943 manual below. Just search EKhV or ЭХВ for photos.
The last two pictures that you have posted are a bit of a mash up. US igniter body is probably from a M2 fuze lighter, and the attachment is an OSS / CIA Bushmaster trigger firing device. These are usually found coupled to a M1 Pull Firing Device, although the arrangement you show would probably function.
this appears to be the ww2 "bushmaster" firing device, auto, weapons, delay, type.its almost identical to the one shown in john brunners book OSS WEAPONS. anybody know any more about these
