ID 110 rocket

Help with this one.
I assume German (marking LOS), 110 Rakete Flugblatt. Is it a leaflet-propaganda cargo rocket ?

I just noticed this post from you. I have collected leaflet dissemination devices for many years and have never seen reference to this item. The closest I have seen is the DDR FLG 5000 AGIT4, which is 116mm and with tail fins. Can you tell what fuse is used on the item? I would be interested in more pictures, if you have them. Have you found any more information since you made this post?

Thank you for your reply. Once in a while interesting ordnance shows up that is not listed in any manuals or catalogs. It keeps us on our toes.
