Helpfully marked No 59 Mk 1, together with serial numbers and PAT 1 / 79. Sorry about crap picture of base.
I expect that Tim can provide positive id.

alan 1 what you have is I think the No 59 nose plug (see attachment)

Clearly a nose plug, not a fuze, but I don't have a nomenclature.
