Hi Guys,

Happy New Years!

I'm looking for Inert and/or Live (if any) WW2 (British & Canadian) Balistite, Tracer, AP and Blank (short and long crimp) rounds for the .303 British Lee-Enfield No.4 rifle to add to my collection; and to use for museum work, school lectures, public displays, Vetran and Legion Re-Unions, etc. (of course inert rounds are used for this work) in particpaction with my local WW2 Re-Enactment Unit.

Any photos of the above would also be greatly appreciated as some of these I have know idea what they look like, as I only know of them by name.

Thanks again for your assistance.

Photos

If you search this site you will find plenty of photos of .303-inch rounds I have posted. Which ones do you particularly need to see?

Soon (meaning some time in the next ten years) my new .303 headstamp book will be out which will have a photo of every known mark of .303 (and a few not previously illustrated)

Actually, I am working on the final draft today and hope to have it in print in February.

I am also working on a reprint of a very interesting Kirkee Arsenal publication of 1945.

regards

WW2 .303 Ammo

Hi TonyE,

For now, I'm mainly looking for inert Ballistite (grenade firing blank) and tracer rounds (Canadian prefered but will take British manufacturers); and any other WW2 small arms .303 British ammunition that Canadian Airborne and Infantry Troops would have used.

The rest that I have listed I can try to pick up at a later time.
