WW1 100th anniversary

Have any 100th anniversary activities been planned for remembrance and or profit being planned over there? From here, is very quiet.

Both my daughters schools are doing things & from what I hear a lot of UK schools are.
Not sure the French, Belgians or Germans will be paying it much attention!!
I bet we get slated by the Germans for `dwelling on the past`.

I don't think the German's are the problem . It's an EU dictat from the Stasi who run the whole "project" . Member states are not allowed to do anything not considered PC . Bunch of Jodrell Bankers .

I would guess it will not be only the Belgians!!!!. Also, the home work shops will be on over time.

All I know is the UK will be starting the remembrance for the beginning of ww1 on august the fourth. . .same day as my birthday. . .BEST BIRTHDAY EVER
