Help!

I have been given this (see Picture) i am told it was the head of a torpeedo found by a diver Nr solent/portsmouth area it was full of lead when it was found and had lead straps keeping it togeather but this has been removed and sold as scrap before it came to me.

Its stands about stans about two foot is in four sections and holow its with a mate at the moment ill ask him for other pictures.
