Bought this years ago,apparently a fuse primer tool?? The guy had quite a few and sold them on ebay. Whats it really for exactly? cheers Tig.

Its a tool for opening Naval ammunition Boxes,,,,, Dave

I can't say for certain but the two prongs suggest it could be used for removal / insertion of primers from cartridge cases. Doubtful there is any connection with fuzes.
