Whats at Beltring this year !

Here are a few pictures from Beltring, as you will see there are plenty of items of ammunition on the stalls.
Ben (fjordhouse) and Jack (Mad Bomber) are there beating each other up with the products they sell along with Jon Roc and Steve MacGregor in the most ipressive vehicle park tent !
Mick Stott is also there with Waffenampt with another really impressive selection of small to Large shells etc.
All of them well worth a visit.
If any of you see something in a picture you want a better look at then PM me and I will send you the full picture.
Weather was ok until the late afternoon although it was dull all day and not that warm but loads of people were there and lots to see.

I was thinking the same thing. The 2 pounder AP projectiles behind also look like the Greek hoard.

Very nice picture Chris. Was there much WW2 German stuff?

Thank you

Hi Chris,
Thank you very much for taking the time to photograph things for all of us that were not able to make it this year. Some great looking ordnance for sale as always, how were the prices this year ?
Best regards Weasel.

I think they are from that same batch Falcon they are on an end row in the centre of the stalls very near to the circus tent if that helps-nice items as well!

Yes in answer to your question Steilgr there seems to be a lot of small calibre 13/20 mm kit of a fair few stalls with a few larger items scattered around in various tents including vehicle dealers !

Best regards Weasel.

As for this years prices it seems all items have kept up very nicely with inflation (and a bit more) so Weasel get the piggy bank out before you go, having said that dealers seemed to be doing a lot more "haggling" than I have seen in the past, so there are bargains out there to be had if you haggle !

Good hunting everyone !

Anyone going to Beltring i recomend taking your own food or you will go hungry,i went there on early hours tuesday and i came back the early hours of this morning, whilst i was there quite a lot of the food wagons didnt open because they had no power,it was overpriced 6 for a sausage sandwich,1.60 for a small bottle of water, the burger vans didnt have any onions half the time, the fish and chip wagon that was open smelled so bad a blind man would have got excited.

Great to see Ben, Waff, Bazooka Chris and Tim,
Best Purchase was the French rations in a tent just up from Ben, 6 each or 3 for 15, enough food for 2 days in each box, come with hexi and stove as well, just bring your own fork/spoon. Very Tasty. Bought some nice Drill rounds and a new tail for my practice bomb. Some very expensive kit but a few bargains to be had as well. Back home now for a rest. Some very impressive armour to see but dont expect to see it all in a day. Took best part of a day to see all the stalls.
Happy hunting.....
