Can someone identify this projectile please?

Measurements are:

Diameter - 75mm

Length - 275mm (Including fuze adapter), 266mm (without fuze adapter)

Lower driving band - 56mm from base

Distance between driving bands - 8.8mm

Width of driving bands - 13mm

Boat tail starts to taper - 34mm from base

The base is smooth without plugs/threads/holes etc

Any ideas?

Thanks

Pete

Looking at the thickness of the nose adaptor and small thread I would expect that to be a white Phosphorous bursting shell.
Nice condition and unusual-thanks for showing us.

Could this be a French Naval projectile from 1925?

I have a page from a document which looks almost identical, but i know nothing about French naval projectiles.

Cheers

Pete

Here dimensions of 75mm Skoda AA-shell. The left in picture shows original Czech paint and on right overhauled Finnish paint. There are certain similarities with your shell but especially driving band grooves are different.
