I think the one on the right of the last picture is 4.5" naval due to the very shallow ogive, but is the white spot a filling plug?
edit: in fact the one on the right in the last pic appears to be an expended 4.5" illum, as the weakened portion in the base is protruding out of it in the other pic
The one with the double driving band is interesting, quite an unusual feature
The left hand one in the last picture is Naval, however there's nothing to suggest any of these are chemical.
They look as though they've come out of the sea.
The one with the double drive bands, I think has three driving bands, one at the base, and two (bourrelet) at the shoulder. This makes it a good candidate for being a 3.7" Mk VI Probert projectile. It was an AA projectile and to the best of my knowledge only came in HE.

I've had a stab at IDing the middle munition in the pictures, the key feature being the "stub" protruding from the base - perhaps a 3inch shrapnel/tracer AA round?
