Looking for anything military and ordnance related at antique shows especially at a fair price is a tough haul these days.
But other Gems can be found. English water colours are the best and Thatched Cottages abound even over here.
I came across this fine Streetscape recently at a very favourable price at a show (also an unremarkable 18pr case- though even that was pleasing to get). It looks similar today though the Monkey is gone ~
I expect that some of the members will know this location.

I would think early 20th century- just prir to ww1 or just after perhaps.
He may have moved to Scotland, but that doesn't preclude traveling and it seems
he painted a lot of images if you look online.
