What is the exact meaning of the letters vz in the Czeck language you see a lot in ammunition publikations.

Generally speaking:
For the Czechoslovak army since 1919, all names of ammunition and components, as well as related names from various branches, were codified in the form of "Manuals" -,,Příručka ,, by the work of the Educational Department of the General Staff. The edition of these aids has the designation (Czech military nomenclature) and the assigned mark: Přír. 1, Přír. 2 ....Therefore, when you are looking for designations ... you need to apply for status in this MNO department because all professional terminology was incorporated into the regulations immediately upon creation or even subsequently. German names were not used after that.
