Please tell me everything you know about the yellow one - Anything you know about it is fine.

Been looking a long time for info on that one. I heard there are only 250-280 made.. Is that correct?

Also, any chance you would sell a red one? :D

Yellow body -really was made in serial story 200 - 250 pcs .
Private submitter ,intended for show (IDET Brno),training and collector. (Confirmed by telephone)

Red body -school -factory development year perhaps 1983
Other colours also developmental -no fake!

Thank you for the information Zdenek! Let me know if you ever sell a red one.

The Yellow URG was made by a Dealer from Germany, has not been in Service, The Dealer went to the Factory and they produced 250 pieces.

Dealer? Who would deal in grenades?
Is it more like a novelty item?

This dealer goes to many militaria shows, and he made 250 pieces to sell to Grenade collectors,

He should have had them numbered - 3 of 250, 5 of 250 etc. Then it would be like collecting Hummels or something, competing for low numbers.

It's like, you collect militaria, not plastic toys made by some dealer who wants to make money of it.. And believe me, I spent a lot on this one..

Mine didn't cost me that much, but it is still disappointing. You collect for the history attached - not much glory in this tale.

Hum, no more as 250 ?
And where is this marking on the grenade ?
I've found 10 of them, without any marking !!!
Just a little stamped marking on the firing level : URG-86 and other line : irv (manufacturor code).
