Unknown WW1 fuze

From Belgium from a fellow collector. Anyone have any idea to what this fuze is? I've added some pictures from different angles, all help appreciated!

your fuze is deformed as one finds them after blowing up high-explosive shell
We find a lot of like your fuze in France
