Unknown WW1 French 37 mm projectile

I can not find any info on this apparently French WW1 projectile. The projectile seems to be solid, although there is a small (tracer?) hole in the bottom. A bit hard to be sure because of the rust.

What type is this?

The driving bands made me think it was WW1, but thanks to some helpers I identified it as a French 37 mm Mle1938.
