Who's able to help indentify the next shell,

Size is about 18 cm wide (only from bad picture)
The red box marked part can move up and down. in the vertical way.
the Fuze is marked with model 1914-1915

I dont have a clue what is is, but that's why we have a board here

Kees

It looks like a drill projectile in the 155mm range or 6 inch.

Miguel,

I know, but its all i have. The shell has a kind of brass filling plug too at the side of the body.

Inertia Hammer ?

Is it possible that the reason for the moveable part is that once the shell is "engaged" in the rifling it takes a fair amount of pressure to "disengage" it so a moveable part is introduced to increase the inertia and act much as a hammer blow-the ones I have seen have a thread in the base where a screwed rod is fitted and the base can then be "cycled" back and forth until the body disengages from the lands !
