Unknown Rocket Fuze

Hello all, could someone possibly provide a positive ID on this model fuze? Looks similar to the M423/M427 for the 2.75" rocket, but its cap is not crimped on, but is removable. Possibly an early XM variety of that fuze? Any help appreciated!
