unknown pull type fuze

I found this photo of a German 1.5 kg smoke charge with an unknown pull type fuze. I couldn't find this type in German manuals. Does anybody can help?

this is the export version of the long defunct companies (Feistel, Piepenbrock, Comet) of a delay igniter for all kinds of pyrotechnic training devices. It was sold up until the early ninetiesIMG_0113.jpgView attachment 179732
