Yes, but unfortunately US law makes it difficult to share. Moving any data on CBRN out of the country, open sourced or not, can be seen as proliferation. It is a gray area, with some offices seeing room for movement, others seeing none. The potential penalties for violation can range from mild to severe. It leaves most of us caught in the middle. Previously, while working for a UN linked Organsation in the Netherlands and as a US citizen, I had museums in the US that refused to share information with me on items in their collections. Sorry.
