Unknown Detonator

Can anyone identify this detonator

Length cap 2.5 cm
Material copper
Diameter 6 mm

With numbers: PL 1000 13 09 0 1326827
Length of wires 148 cm, as you can see one bleu one black

I think it's an old one because most of the modern one's are made out of aluminium.

Chris,has it been xrayed and do the wires go all the way to the cap? The picture is not completely clear and it looks a lot like mdf, mdc, cdc (mild det fuze, mild det cord, confined det cord etc). We used to see a lot of similar items for canopy ejection systems etc - another type of CADS. About a thousand different types out there. Buenos suerte. JO

I do not know if THE item has been X rayed I just have THE photo.
Will have a look at your suggestions.
Hope everything is ok overthere and is your bombatorium finished

Ha ha ha, I received today the same information identification question in my office mailbox !!!
I agree with US-Subs, that was my first idea, an initiator of a pyrotechnic system of military aircraft (CAD-PADS).
