Unknown 1930s British 3inch Shell?

The attached pictures show a recently recovered shell which is approximately 3 in in diameter. The internal components are all dated 1931 or 1933. It is not in my possession so the pictures are all I have.

Does anyone have any information on it, thanks in advance.

I think 3" 20-cwt, 16lb, is the only candidate and this is one is Naval.

Looks like a deep sea dump recovery..

I would be very careful with the Smoke box which contains red phosphorous.

Given it has a live CE primer then I would assume the Amatol fill is still present. This is a live projectile and needs to be dealt with accordingly..
