WW1 austro-ungarian mine von Zubovic (or Zubovi), after the name of the designer the captain von Zubovic.
AP Fragmentation, tripwire landmine, can use 1 or 0,5 kg charge.
You have the "fuze block".

Official Austro-hungary name I don`t know, but and Russian (1917 year), and polish (1927 year) and Yugo (1933 year) manuals didn`t give any names. Just like - A/P mine/fugas.
