Type 208 Fuze

Hi all, new member here. We have recently moved over to Perth, WA, from the UK. Unfortunately, we had to sell our collection of shells and casings etc, as we couldn't bring them over. We are now in the process of building up our collection again, and the first thing we have got hold off is a WW2 Type 208 fuse.

Obviously been used, and was quite a mess when we got it. I have cleaned it up, just enough to see the details etc. The kids are fascinated by it, but just wondered if anybody could give us a bit of information on the numbering on it?

I have gathered its a Type 208, made in 1943, and I think the numbers for the timer setting relate to seconds?

Any other information much appreciated!
