T-arm tool for what usage?

Here is few pictures of T-arm tools i found from the woods in northern Finland.Shape of the tool head is weird looking to me,not for casing primers i think?

Yes, they are German gas mask tools to dismount the valve part. The kit also contains another tool for eye glass.
