Spigot Mortar Drill Fuze

I came across a Spigot Mortar Drill Fuze, dont see many of these about. Seeing as the original MK 1 live fuze had a rubber cap on the bottom to denote the correct way to insert into the bomb, would this drill fuze originally had a rubber piece to simulate the live version or is this a MK2 drill version.

SAM_0013.JPGI think all these fuzes had brass caps on the top and rubber pads on the closed end, I don't have the manuals to hand to check. Please see the pic attached of my inert fuzes, left to right, dug up drill, sectioned HE, mint drill with brass cap and stencilling. Hope that helps.
