Special or not special

Hi everyone I would like the experts on German cases to advise me on this one please !

I have a nice 20 mm Solathurn case in Brass with the following headstamp;-

P397

28 Eagle sat on an "O", "O" has an "X" in it and an "M" under that.

So it is Kriegsmarine stamped, you see them less than WaA stamped cases. I would say close to 10 USD?

That's a nice find you don't see the Kriegsmarine ones that often at all or at least i don't.

Point noted that it is NOT a Solathurn case and that it is the more unusual "Kriegsmarine" case and that it is unusual to see them - it was swapped for something very special and I was told at the time what was special about it but had forgotten (Alzheimers kicking in!)
