Smybol ID on 106mm Belgium Crate

I put a post in the projectile thread, but this question seems to be growing and appears this section is the best place for it.

Attached are crates of 106mm recoilless ammuntion, the marking and stenciling all say they are made in Belgium.

In the picture of the crate on the left side you can see a stenciled symbol of a triangle with the number 412 inside the triangle.

In the picture of the shipping invoice to the right of Customer, is the same symbol.

Normally I would be thinking chinese if I say the triangle with numbers inside, but I don't see that fitting here.

this symbol has been showing up on numerous munitions crate of PG7, mortars, rockets, projectiles, etc, all from countries like Russian, china, belgium and others.

So the question is, what does the symbol mean? One thought is it is a country ID code for where it is to be shipped to. but that does not make sense to me.

Any thoughts?
