If you happen to be visiting Denmark, you must make the effort to visit this fantastic museum:
The museum focuses on WW1 in the North Sea where one of the largest naval battle took place - the Battle of Jutland in 1916.
On of the highlights is conning tower recovered from the HM Submarine E50 wreck, which tragedy struck a British mine in 1918 while hunting German submarines.
Several very nice examples of early Whitehead / Schwartzkopf A22 contact pistols and nose cones, including a Whitehead Fan Pistol Toggle Lever Mk IV type.
The new Explosion Museum (nearby) will be open to the pubic in early 2025 (March /April timeframe). I was fortunate enough to have a sneak preview with most of the exhibits aleady installed - just "mind blowing"!!!
