The first fitting is a UK mooring switch used with moored mines, the second one (cylindrical) is a UK anti counter mining switch used with influence mines.
Hi, thanks for the information and sorry for the late response Xmas time:tinysmile_grin_t: I understand where the switch for the mooring plate is but i dont understand what the other switch is for, or where it is inside the sea mine.
This device is placed inside the mine body. This fitting put the mine in a sleeping state for a short period in case of a nearby explosion (Anti countermining device)
