Sea mine fuze

Yesterday I bought this nice sea mine fuze, which I assume is british.
The cap is fully brass.
Does anybody have a type designation?

It's an acid-horn (aka "Hertz-horn"), not a fuze...
I'm not able to give an exact id, but it matches the "Horn Mk IV" used in several systems, like for instance the Mark XVI mine (early 1930's).

I assume the lead coating is missing?
