Russian parking sensor

Thankfully it's just a UDSh (УДШ) smoke pot, which would damage the car from heat, but that's about all unless the whole vehicle was set alight.

I looks like a TM-62M, as it uses the same casing, but with a slightly different 'fuze well' in the top plate part of the body.

The fuze is replaced by an igniter and the filling replaced by a smoke generating charge.
