Questions about Soviet 76.2x385 cartridge

The number code of this cartridge is known as 350 or 354, as ’UOF-354’ for HE. But I have these 2 cartridges with paintings of ‘UOF-554’, which I think don’t match any Soviet munition. They seem to be brand new, not even a groove to fix the projectile. Are they just replica? If not, what are they? (I’ve checked the primer, there’s only a rubber ring in the brass holder)0913D8F9-AEDE-4917-824E-BCE166BE13A0.jpegFC9E01C0-1659-4FC9-A286-B691EB837FFF.jpeg

They are 1937 dated Russian made cases, but the stencils show 1948. I am not aware of a "76-42" weapon. That would normally be "76-36". I also have never heard of a UOF-554.

76 мм дивизионным пушкам обр. 1942 г.

Index UOF-554 normally would be in 152 mm calibre range. Between 354 and 554 only one digit differs and 3 & 5 is looking not much different. Maybe simply wrong stamped?

Thank you for your replies.
The '76-42' stencils possibly means the cartridge is for ZiS-3 divisional field gun, which is designated M1942. The '48' stencil means the cartridge is planed for assembly in 1948. But I presume these 2 are never assembled.
The '37Г' headstamp means the brass cartridge itself is made in 1937. Since ZiS-3 shares same chamber and cartridge with earlier 76.2mm models, like F-22. I presume this is logical.
As for the 'УОФ-554' stencils. There's still no clue. Maybe just wrong stamped as Alpini mentioned.
