Hi JF,
It is a WW2 dated German 3,7cm HE Pak projectile. Best regards Weasel.

Correct, it is a 37x250R "Sprenggranate 18 umg."

This one was made from 37x265B HE-T shell bodies of the AA gun which received only one rotating band. This was done initially to outfit the Pak (AT gun) with a HE projectile since none was adopted initially. The very first version of this projectile was even made from already manufactured Flak shells by turning the lower rotating band down to the body diameter. The impact-SD fuzes used on them had the SD features removed and were impact only.
The later developed and adopted HE-T projectile was the "Sprenggranate 40" which held more HE and hat a smaller tracer (the "18 umg" still had the large AA tracer) . The rotating band was located closer to the base and was usually made of sintered iron (I personally never seen a copper one). Also a new impact fuze, the AZ39, got adopted for these.
