projectile ID based on (marks in) driving band?

Hello,I found a piece of rusted metal with a very strange driving band on it. The lands and grooves are very wide. I think it comes from a 75mm projectile, based on the radius of the piece.Found on a former artillerie training ground of the Belgian Army...Can someone define the shell type and gun which creates these marks in the driving band please?I suspect it to be rather old.
