I will be carrying out maintenance on site this evening so there may be downtime or odd behaviour with the site until I'm finished, if so please be aware we are working on the site.
I've reopened the site as you'll see the changes, there should now be no problems with the layout which were present as a result of the last software update but there are a few things outstanding for me to do, e.g. restore the original bocn logo but that will be taken care of over the weekend. There are also several new features which I'm yet to full investigate myself so I won't comment yet on that until I am fully educated myself
There shouldn't be any problems now with the layout unless you are using one of the other styles still. Try fully refreshing the web page by pressing Ctrl + R. If you are seeing the new styles you should notice the sidebar is back showing latest threads/posts etc on the right.
Hi Dave,
still the same, here are some shots of what I'm getting...it is the same on three different PC's, windows XP,windows7 and Linux...the same on Firefox, google, google chrome, bing and IE....not really a problem as I've found a way in.
I have just replicated your issue Tony, when I reduce the width of Firefox browser, the same things happens, Chrome is rendering correctly and not dropping the login area or menu items out of view.
I shall investigate further, in the mean time can you maximize your browser to see if that helps (depending on your screen size)
Bolo, just to let you know, I'm having the same problems and yes I'm using Firefox. When the site first loads, the user name and password blocks show up very briefly then disappear, leaving a truncated block underneath where the user name should be and a block with password written in it underneath where the password goes. Neither of the blocks allow you to enter data. To enter, I had to do the same as Tony. By the way, despite the bugs, site looks great. Thanks again for all of your hard work. Cheers, Bruce.
