Polish detonator factory

I am looking for the factory code the Polish factory "ZTS ERG-BIERUŃ S.A." was using before it merged in 2006 with "NITRON S.A." (code?) to form a new factory named "NITROERG S.A." (of which the new code is also wanted).

Anybody?
 
I would be also looking for a good scan/photo of the logo between te "ERG" and "BIERUN". Anybody?
