I noticed this http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-north-east-orkney-shetland-16144476. And I was wondering what is this round? I assumed the "standard" round now was the L60A1 AEP. Can any members throw any light on this?

The L60A1 has a soft tip on it so this may be the round described in the article
