Please help with 30mm defa

G'day fellow collectors , great forum , been lurking for a while and thought I would join !

came across this 30mm projectile marked FR MF 77 7
guessing it was filled in Australia hence the MF ,

What I would like to know ,what is my round filled with ? Or Inert ?

projectile originally red with a faded lime overspray ,(looks white on pics)


can you help me with the contents of this 30mm are please !
