All i know is they appear to be German in origin.

Hi phil i honestly cant give you a positive answer,,i just googled the info,,for erla-werk leipzig i keep finding a messerschmitt factory,
they seem a well made badge just for slave labourers ,wonder if theyre for other staff..sure somebody will eventually come up with positive answer

Phil . . . the Hasag manufacturing company evidently had
a branch inside the Flossberg concentration camp which was established in 1938 and was active 'til the end of the war.
Hasag made many interesting military items.

I think one of my K98 cleaning kits was made by Hasag.

Great find Phil, cant help with any details but sure would like something similar in my collection.
I trust the Capri restoration is coming along well, my old BX is still with us and running just fine[famous last words, touch wood etc].
