No221 fuze cap?

Hi all, recently i found this brass cone, someone claimed that it was a cover/cap for a No221 Fuze (for Smoke 25pdr) No reasen to doubt him, but really would like a second opinion of you guys since it seems a lot of fuze collectors are on this forum.

Anyone knows what it is, maybe even a picture or drawing showing it, would be great.

Dimensions:
90-95mm high (top is missing),
diameter +/- 60mm? (oval now)

I think you got a No.199 cover (see picture).

Seems to be the one indeed, cool.
Know of others who found them too, think they will be happy to finally find out what it is.
