No. 400 Mk 2 Fuzes

I have these two fuzes that seem to be No 400 Mk2 fuzes but one has a brass strip? where it should have threads for a cap.
Also the O has been drilled through for the fixing screw. Both have 0 - 22 graduations.
MF/42 is Australian made but who is G.N.H. maker 4/42 ? (this may also be a No 401 fuze but I have not seen one)?
Did some No 400 fuzes not have threads for the nose cap? All info is welcome.

@ron3350,

Have either of these got filler's monograms?
The 400 was a naval, igniferous, combustion time fuze and needed to be protected from moisture. From what I can see from the photo, apart from no threads for the cap there are no slots for a fuze spanner, these would have been most likely machined after threading. It would appear the fuze body has been removed from the production line prior to completion.

There's a very large lip on the MF fuze between the top and bottom rings.

I can't find any listing for G.N.H.

The one I have has a filler stamped on it BR and the makers initials are similar but different

Thanks TimG for the reply so here is the latest info.
Neither fuze was filled as the powder grooves are in mint condition.
The GNH fuze has no spanner slits or threads and may have been removed from production line as you stated? The lip is 61.5mm wide.
The MF fuze is 62.1mm so roughly the same size and has spanner slits and is threaded for the cap.

See my thread above for a No198 & 400 Drill fuze.
