I suspect that it is either a Mk. II or Mk. VIII. Both of these were made from Mazak, a zinc alloy and were lighter than their brass counterparts. Being lighter necessitated the use of different "Range Tables." The Mk II was to be marked with a white "2" on the body to identify it as being lighter, however an "L" for lighter would have been more appropriate, which is what they might have done for the Mk. VIII.
it weighs 1.15kg, and I think thats about right for a no.119, still got these 2 L's painted on it, It was researched and the paint was determined to be from the same time/period the fuze was created.
