It is a No. 11 Gaine. Utilised with igniferous (as opposed to detonating) fuzes in HE projectiles. This gives the pairing a detonating capability. A popular combination was a No. 199 fuze, No. 11 gaine and a 3.7" HE shell.
The 'Z' denotes that it has a lead azide detonator. This was the cause of many accidents involving 'blinds' as once moisture gets into detonator, a number of azide salts are formed. These salts are very sensitive.
